1. Order Cancellation
Before Shipment:
- Requesting a Cancellation: If you wish to cancel your order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. Orders can only be cancelled if they have not yet been processed for shipment.
- Cancellation Confirmation: Once your cancellation request is received and approved, we will send you a confirmation email. Your payment will be refunded in full, and the order will be cancelled.
After Shipment:
- Return Process: If your order has already been shipped, you can still request a cancellation by initiating a return once you receive the product. Please refer to our return process below.
2. Return Policy
Eligibility for Returns:
- Timeframe: Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receipt of the product.
- Condition: Products must be returned in their original condition, unused, unwashed, and with all tags attached. Items that are damaged or altered are not eligible for return.
Return Process:

- Return Authorization: We will provide you with a return authorization number and instructions on how to return the item.
- Shipping: You are responsible for the return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe return of your item.
